CITYSTATE SAVINGS OPENS 15TH
BRANCH
Publicly listed Citystate Savings bank is set
to inaugurate its 15th branch in Plaridel, Bulacan
on Oct. 20. This is the bank’s third branch
in the province following its outlets in Meycauayan
and Baliuag. Rev. Fr. Dars Cabral will officiate
at the blessing of the bank located on Banga 1st,
Cagayan Valley Road, Plaridel, Bulacan at 8:30 a.m.
The even will be graced by special guests, among
them former Tourism Secretary and long-time Bulacan
governor Robert Pagdanganan, now chairman of the
Philippine International Trading Corp. (PITC) and
Mayor Tessa Vistan of Bulacan. The newest branch
of Citystate began its operations on July 7, 2006.
It offers Citystate’s complete line of financial
products and services, such as personal and business
checking and savings accounts, time deposits, a
24-hour ATM, safe deposit boxes, the CityJewel (jewelry
loan) with as low as one percent monthly interest,
and competitive rates for various loan programs.
Citystate bank was established on Aug. 8, 1997 through
its first branch on Chino Roces Ave. cor. Dela Rosa
Street in Makati City. Its successful launch was
followed by an aggressive expansion the following
year, breaking new ground in key cities in Metro
Manila and major areas in the provinces. Today,
the Citystate Bank network of branches in Metro
Manila also includes its head office located at
the Citystate Centre Building along Shaw Boulevard
in Pasig City, Guadalupe, Makati; Mabini, Binondo,
Paco in Manila; Panaderos in Mandaluyong City; Baclaran,
Pasay and another branch in Mandaluyong along Shaw
Boulevard; Cubao in Quezon City.
