  • Citystate Savings OPENS 16TH
       

    In pursuit of its commitment to establish a wider branch network, Citystate Savings Bank (CSB) today will inaugurate its 16th branch in barangay Putatan, Muntinlupa, the bank said in a statement.

    The Muntinlup branch, CSB’s newest, enables the bank to bring its products and services closer to residential areas and business establishmentsin South Metro Manila and offer maximum convenience to its growing clientele.

    “This [Muntinlupa] is a prime location, given the existing residential and commercial developments in the area. We are inspired by the prospect of bringing CSB closer to th consumers, said bank president D. Alfred A. Cabangon.

    CSB’s latest branch makes available to residents and businesss in he area traditional bank products and services such as personal and business checking and savings accounts, time deposits and safety deposit boxes, and competitive rates for various loan programs. It also brings to the community CityJewel, a jewelry loan window with a low 1-percent monthly interest.

    Part of the banks commitment to service is its extended banking hours and the Saturday banking concept. CSB operates from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

    The bank likewise provides 24-hour ATMs (automated teller machines) that enable users to make non-stop transactions thrugh BancNet, Megalink or ExpressNet accounts.

    CSB opened its first branch on Chino Roecs Avenue (formerly Pasong Tamo), corner de la Rosa Street in Makati City on August 8, 1997. The present Metro Manila network includes its head office at the Citystate Centre Building on Shaw Boulevard in Pasig City. Other offices in the network are located in Guadalupe, Makati, Mabini, Binondo, and Paco in Manila and Panaderos and on Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City, Bclaran in Parañaque City, Pasay City and Cubao, Quezon City.

    CSB also has four provincial branches in Meycauyan, Baliuag, and Plaridel in Bulacan and in Cebu City.

    CSB is a Filipino-Singaporean owned company, operated by a consortium which includes the Fortune Insurance Group, and foreign investors in the Citystate Management Group Holdings Pte. Ltd. Of Singapore that manages insurance and real estate business organizations throughout Southeast Asia.
